Graduating 2nd Year RSM students are eligible to apply for a 3rd year experience facilitated through Ramp Interns at Ramp Church Manchester. Entrusted with a variety of arenas of responsibility, these dynamic leaders utilize their strengths and gifts to bring value and growth to Ramp Church Manchester.


Plugging into the fabric of Ramp Church Manchester, interns gain insightful wisdom and practical understanding within the many facets involved with leading a local church body in a different global context. Working in these systems, Interns encounter real life ministry scenarios within safe, encouraging environments. This unique setup produces sustained growth and provides a deep well of experience interns draw from for the rest of their lives. 


Each intern experience differs in expression, responsibility, and development, but this truth can be said with confidence: Ramp Manchester Interns are leading a global awakening. 


Ramp Manchester Interns are infused in the work happening within Ramp Church Manchester. Ranging from three months to one-year commitments, these opportunities have variable start dates due to a variety of factors including fundraising and other logistics. During this time commitment, Ramp Manchester Interns become whole-hearted staff members committed to helping accomplish the vision and mission of Ramp Church Manchester. 


As a Ramp Manchester Intern, you are a leader entrusted with responsibilities in one or multiple areas of Ramp Church Manchester (RCM). While you serve in these areas, you will experience first-hand the in's and out's of serving within the local church under the guidance and leadership of Pastors Joe and Stacie Reeser.


The area(s) in which you are committed to as a Ramp Manchester Intern are first priority. As an intern, you are committing to fulfill everything you are entrusted to do and to prioritize your schedule including other employment to do so.


Ramp Manchester Interns are required to actively participate in regular prayer meetings for RCM and the surrounding region.


All Ramp Manchester Interns are required to attend regular RCM staff meetings.


Ramp Manchester Interns are required to actively plug into all RCM Sunday and services as well as any additional events scheduled. 


Ramp Manchester Interns will work closely with Pastors Stacie and Joe as well as other leaders within RCM. This will include opportunities for pastoral care meetings and other events to continue to foster community among Ramp Manchester Interns and the RCM church family. 


RCM Internship Cost:

Due to the nature of this internship, there is no additional cost associated with interning in Manchester besides travel and living expenses. Due to the international element of this experience, interns cannot work while in Manchester. All finances required to travel to Manchester and the cost of living while in Manchester must be provided through other means besides employment.

Cost Estimate [per month]:

  • Airfare- approx. $800-$1500 [roundtrip]

  • Passport- $145 [one time]

  • Visa- approx $850 [one time]

  • Housing- $400-$500

  • Food- $350-$500

  • Transportation- $100

  • Toiletries- $50-$80

  • Entertainment- $50

  • Misc- $50-$100


It would be wise to raise a minimum of $1500 for every month of internship commitment plus the cost of roundtrip airfare.


Interns will work with Ramp Church Manchester team to securing housing either within a host home context or flat rental.
