ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO CHOSEN PASTORS

The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide organizational and communication support to the Chosen Pastors, while also gaining hands-on experience within the context of ministry. 

 

Positions Available: 1

 

Timeframe and Commitment: July 15, 2021 - June 30, 2022 (approx. 10-15 hours weekly, possibly more/less depending on meetings and events)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Communicating with Chosen on scheduled bookings and practicals within events.

  • Communicating with Chosen on any practice or schedule changes or updates for the team.

  • Arranging and organizing props, costumes, sashes, etc. for each service and ministry event. This will include making sure all items get to and from specific travel locations. 

  • Behind the scenes work during services both at Ramp conferences and travel events.

  • Traveling with Chosen and helping in many different practical aspects within the trips.

  • Helping with the Beasley children on some practices and trips.

  • Helping with creative ideas, as needed.

  • Attending and being available for prayer meetings and practices with the team. 

     ***Interns cannot currently be a part of Chosen.***

 

As an Assistant to the Chosen Pastors, you will have hands-on ministry experience, specifically in the arenas of ministry administration, leadership, and discipleship. This will strengthen your abilities as a leader and you will serve as a catalyst in communication and organizational development. You will also receive personal discipleship, teaching, and relational investment from RSM staff and faculty.
