ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO CHOSEN PASTORS
The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide organizational and communication support to the Chosen Pastors, while also gaining hands-on experience within the context of ministry.

Timeframe and Commitment: August 1st, 2025 - May 3rd, 2026 (approx. 10-15 hours weekly, possibly more/less depending on meetings and events)
Responsibilities:​

Communicating with Chosen on scheduled bookings and practicals within events.

Communicating with Chosen on any practice or schedule changes or updates for the team.

Arranging and organizing props, costumes, sashes, etc. for each service and ministry event. This will include making sure all items get to and from specific travel locations.

Behind the scenes work during services both at Ramp conferences and travel events.

Traveling with Chosen and helping in many different practical aspects within the trips.

Helping with the Beasley children on some practices and trips.

Helping with creative ideas, as needed.

Attending and being available for prayer meetings and practices with the team.

As an Assistant to the Chosen Pastors, you will have hands-on ministry experience, specifically in the arenas of ministry administration, leadership, and discipleship. This will strengthen your abilities as a leader and you will serve as a catalyst in communication and organizational development. You will also receive personal discipleship, teaching, and relational investment from RU staff and faculty.
