ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Partners Administrative Assistant Intern provides a valuable service to the Ramp Partners program by helping to manage and develop the partners brand. His or her priorities will be to assist in developing and maintaining partner relations. He or she will be a connection point for all partners.

Timeframe and Commitment: (the beginning and ending dates can be flexible) July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 (10-15 hours weekly + all scheduled and impromptu Ramp Events and Ramp Staff meetings)

Responsibilities:

Provide creative ideas for the Ramp Partners program and brand

Organize and execute phone and mail campaigns​

Manage and assist partner volunteers and booth at conference and some travel dates
​

Provide weekly reports to the Ramp Partners Deve​lopment Director

The Partner Administrative Assistant will be able to grow in administrative gifting, communications and creative abilities, leadership, and team-building skills. This role will develop them for future positions in ministry and the secular job arena. Their skills will be dutifully used, developed, and grown. Their communications, writing, and administrative gifts will be honed, crafted, and developed. They will receive personal investment, mentoring, and discipleship from the Partner Development Director, as well as other Ramp Staff.
