EVENT COORDINATOR INTERN
The Ramp Event Coordinator Intern provides vital energy and heartfelt service to the department by assisting with the organization and execution of Ramp conferences and events.
Positions Available: 1
Timeframe and Commitment: May 15th, 2021-May 1, 2022 (Approx. 8-10 hours per week + Every session of each conference throughout the year)
Generate creative ideas for conference attendee experiences
Planning and preparation for conferences
Communicate and demonstrate excellent customer service expectations to the volunteer teams
During the event, be available for any needs that may arise from the volunteer teams.
Schedule and oversee volunteers in guest services(greeting, seating, registration, etc.)
Interact with conference attendees and volunteers to make sure they have the best experience possible
Attend monthly department head Events meeting
As the Ramp Event Coordinator Intern, you will gain valuable experience in the inner workings of event coordination while growing in leadership, team-building, management, customer service, and organizational skills. This role will assist in the development of effective problem-solving and communication skills. You will also receive personal discipleship, teaching, and relational investment from the leadership classes you will attend throughout your internship.
