RAMP MEDIA ADMIN ASSISTANT

The Media Admin Assistant provides valuable service to the Ramp experience by assisting with technical and administration needs of weekly events as well as assisting the technical department with projects within the ministry

 

Positions available: 1

Direct Report: Creative and Production Director

 

Time frame and commitment: August 11th, 2025 - May 3rd, 2026

 

Responsibilities:

​

  • Assist with setup and operation of audiovisual equipment for events and productions

  • Coordinate logistics for live events, including scheduling and communication with team members

  • Manage inventory and maintenance of production equipment

  • Assist in the setup and strike of event spaces, ensuring all technical aspects are properly prepared

  • Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot technical issues during events

  • Participate in pre-production planning meetings to ensure all technical needs are met

  • Assist in the post-event review process to improve future productions

 

As a Media Admin Assistant you will have hands on production experience, specifically in the arenas of media, troubleshooting, live production, and administration. This will further your understanding of production and its role in the global church as well as strengthen your abilities within production and practical ministry. You will also receive personal discipleship, teaching, and relational investment from RU staff and Ramp production staff
