The Executive Assistant Shadowing Intern provides vital energy and heartfelt service to the Travel and Booking Department, requiring constant use of interpersonal communication, organization, and management skills. 


Positions Available: 1

Time Requirements: 2-4 hours per week at the office + conference weekends


Responsibilities and Required Skills:


  • Available for various tasks, as needed. This may include running errands, gathering needed materials, and other tasks

  • Assist with travel plans: search for flights, rentals etc. 

  • Coordinate details for upcoming trips and ensure all deadlines are met 

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail

  • Problem solving skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


As the Executive Assistant Shadowing Intern, you will gain valuable experience in executive and personal assisting skills, communication, and time-management while growing in leadership, team-building, and administration. You will also receive personal discipleship, teaching, and relational investment from the leadership classes you will attend throughout your internship.
