The Ramp Kids Creative Assistant has the unique opportunity to use their creative gifting to reach the body of Christ through the creation of Ramp Kids curriculum, events, and outreach opportunities. Through hands on training and discipleship, the Ramp Kids Creative Assistant will play a vital role in bringing the message of the Gospel to life.

 

Positions available: 1                                                                                                                                                                                             

Timeframe and Commitment: June 6th, 2020 to May 8th, 2021 (15-20 weekly hours, plus Sunday and Wednesday Services)

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Help coordinate all service related events within the department                                                                                                     

• Assist in the planning and completion of Ramp Kids related outreach events                                                                                   

• Assist in the development and execution of Ramp Kids Curriculum                                                                                                    

• Provide follow up processes for new families                                                                                                                                          

• Send home materials for new believer milestones                                                                                                                                            

• Maintain communication with parents                                                                                                                                                                

• Attend all department events                                                                                                                                                                       

• Serve in at least one area of the department                                                                                                                                                  

• Personal investment and interaction with children                                                                                                                                

• Attend regular and impromptu Ramp Church staff meetings

• Develop visual media & creative ministries such as skits, puppets, and artistic expressions of worship                                                                                                       

 

The Creative Assistant for the Ramp Kids department can expect to grow in several areas of ministry utilizing gifts such as creativity, time management, team building, and discipleship. This high energy, fast paced position will allow the person to see the impact that their hard work and diligence will create.  The Creative Assistant position will discover the value and importance of creativity in the body of Christ to preach the gospel.
