The Ramp’s Resource Department plays an important part of fulfilling the Ramp’s mission to Awaken, Equip and Send. Through our event store, web store and travel events, an administrative assistant will have the opportunity to develop their abilities to lead, manage and grow…people, products and profit.


Positions Available: 1


Time frame and Commitment: June 1, 2019- May 8, 2020 (8-10 hours a week within a 4 days per week minimum)



  • Event Store:

    • Assist with product development and new product ideas

    • Manage inventory and keep our system updated

    • Reconcile sales reports after events

    • Receive and return guest product (if applicable)

    • Lead a team to pull and pack product for each event

  • Web Store:

    • Assist web customers with requests via email and phone

    • Pack and ship web orders daily (M-F)

    • Run sales reports

  • Travel Events:

    • Pull and pack product for all travel events including Road Ramps

    • Reconcile sales reports and money after the event

    • Travel with the team or recruiters to run the product table (optional)


This position will require:

  • Organizational skills

  • Ability to lead people on larger projects

  • Great customer service skills

  • Computer experience (computer will be provided here at the office)
