STUDENT LIFE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Student Life Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Student Life Team and Pastors, contributing significantly to the success and smooth execution of campus events. This position serves as an essential link in ensuring organizational excellence and fostering a vibrant student community.


Direct Report: Winfred and Leigh Smalley 

 

Time frame and Commitment: August 11th, 2025- May 3rd, 2026

Desired skill sets for the Student Life Admin Assistant:
 

  • Adaptability: Able to flow with whatever direction leaders decide to go

  • Is a team player and works well in groups

  • Works well under pressure and can balance multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Is trustworthy and responsible

  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Student Life Pastors’ meeting schedule for students

  • Oversee the Student Life Events Team

  • Manage Student Life monthly meeting money requests/receipts

  • Meet with 1st and 2nd years for wellness checks

                       

As the Student Life Administrative Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the Student Life Pastors and leadership team, gaining hands-on experience in leadership development, team coordination, and administrative management within a dynamic ministry environment.
